Per order fulfilled, per language supported, per return processed. Volume goes up, you pay more. Volume drops, you pay less. No penalties, no renegotiation.

Month-to-month contracts available on all services. Annual commitments get 10-15% discount, but only if you want to. We prefer you stay because we perform, not because you're locked in.

Common Questions

Can I start with one service and add others later? ▼
Absolutely. Most brands start with one service in one market and expand from there. Each service has its own pricing and can be added independently. There's no pressure to commit to everything at once.
What if my volume spikes? Do I need to sign a new contract? ▼
No. Your pricing is based on actual monthly volume. Ship 1,000 orders in January and 5,000 in February? The contract stays the same, the invoice scales with your business. No penalty, no renegotiation.
How does the AI customer service pricing work? ▼
You pay a fixed monthly fee per language and market. AI resolution is included in that fee. As we continuously improve the AI for your brand, a growing share of tickets gets resolved automatically, which means your cost per resolution drops over time without changing your contract.
Do you offer discounts for annual commitments? ▼
Yes. If you want to lock in pricing, we offer 10-15% discount for 12-month commitments. But month-to-month is perfectly fine. We prefer you stay because we deliver results, not because you're locked in.
What does the setup fee cover? ▼
Setup covers platform integration with your e-commerce system, AI training on your product data and customer patterns, inventory configuration for your first fulfillment hub, CS template setup and workflow design. We quote the exact amount upfront based on your tech stack.
