Our Story

Built by an Operator.
For Operators.

Tim Oosterbaan founded Salesupply in 2009 because running an e-commerce business across borders was chaotic. Vendors weren't talking to each other. Customers weren't getting support in their language. Scale meant hiring more people, not building better systems. So he built the system. Seventeen years and 250+ brands later, Salesupply handles international operations so brands can focus on growth.

The Origin Story

In 2009, Tim was running his own e-commerce brand — selling across Europe. He needed customer support in German. He needed fulfillment in Poland. He needed returns processing everywhere. Instead of one integrated solution, he had five different vendors, none of them talking to each other. When a customer placed an order in Germany, the fulfillment team in Poland didn't know the customer support team had already promised next-day shipping. Tim watched margins evaporate into vendor overhead and operational chaos.

The obvious answer was to hire bigger teams in each country — more people, more layers, more complexity. But Tim saw a different path: what if you could provide European-scale operations with a single, integrated technology platform? What if customer support, fulfillment, and returns all talked to each other? What if you didn't need five vendors — you just needed one partner who understood how all three services interacted?

In 2009, Tim started Salesupply with a simple promise: do for other brands what he wished someone had done for his. He built customer support teams in native languages. He set up fulfillment hubs across Europe. He created processes that turned returns into a profit centre, not a loss leader. And he integrated all three — because fragmentation was the real enemy, not growth.

Salesupply now has 175 people across 8 countries, serving 250+ brands. Today, when a brand joins Salesupply, they're not adding a vendor — they're adding an operational backbone.

2026 and beyond: Technology-powered operations — We're now building a unified dashboard that gives every brand real-time visibility into their entire European operation. No more emailing for reports. No more reconciling spreadsheets across vendors. One login, one view: orders, returns, customer interactions, costs — all live. Our goal is simple: as your brand grows, your cost per order goes down and your control goes up.

What We Believe

Salesupply team members discussing e-commerce operations strategy
01

Operations Is Strategy

Your operational choices determine your competitive position. Fragmented vendors? You can't compete. Integrated operations? You win on speed, margin, and customer experience. We don't just execute logistics; we give you the operational clarity to make better strategic decisions.

02

Scale Should Get Easier, Not Harder

When most brands add a new market, complexity explodes. At Salesupply, scale should work differently. Adding Germany, France, or Poland should be the same effort as adding a new customer service channel at home. That only happens with integrated operations.

03

Margin Lives in Details

A 2% improvement in fulfillment cost, a 5% reduction in return processing time, a 1% improvement in customer retention per market — these compound. We obsess over those details. We measure them. We share them with you. Because your margin lives in the details.
