Do I need to collect US sales tax?
▼
After the 2018 Wayfair Supreme Court ruling, yes. If you have a Salesupply hub in a state, you have economic nexus and must collect and remit sales tax. We handle registration and filing in all states where we operate. Rates vary by state and product category (0–10%).
How do you handle returns in the US?
▼
US consumers expect easy returns — most retailers offer 30–90 day return windows. We provide pre-paid return labels, process inbound returns within 24–48 hours, and handle inspection and restocking. FTC requires clear return policies — we ensure yours is compliant.
Can you ship to Canada from your US hubs?
▼
Yes. We can ship from our US hubs to Canada (and Mexico) using USPS International, FedEx, or UPS. Shipments require Canada customs declarations and duties. Cross-border rates are higher than domestic ground, but our Miami, Denver, and Northeastern hubs are well-positioned for Canadian orders.
What about Alaska, Hawaii, and territories?
▼
Alaska and Hawaii are reachable via FedEx or UPS (5–7 business days). Rates are significantly higher. US territories (Puerto Rico, USVI, Guam) are also available but incur international rates and import duties. We can set up territory-specific shipping rules in your platform configuration.
