Salesupply unified operations dashboard — real-time order, CS and returns data across all markets

Real-time data across all markets, carriers and CS channels — one screen.

Platform Capabilities

Built for E-Commerce Operators

Every feature exists because a real operator asked for it. No bloat. No features that look great in demos and fail in production.

Unified Operations Dashboard

CS tickets, fulfillment orders, returns, and revenue — one view. Per market, per product, per channel. Real-time, not 24-hour delayed batch imports.

Predictive Analytics

Demand forecasting by market and product. Return rate predictions per SKU. CS volume forecasts so you're never understaffed heading into peak. Powered by years of cross-client operational data.

AI-Assisted Customer Service

Auto-categorisation of incoming tickets. Suggested responses in the correct language. Escalation detection. Your CS agents handle 30% more volume with the same team — the AI eliminates repetitive decisions.

Native Integrations

Connect Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce, or SAP in hours. Pre-built connectors to Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Gorgias. Carrier integrations for all 27 hubs included.

Margin Analytics

True cost per order, per market, per product — including fulfillment, CS, returns, and carrier costs in one unified model. Updated in real-time as orders flow through. No spreadsheet required.

White-Label Option

Enterprise clients can white-label the platform under their own brand. Your customers interact with your interface — powered by Salesupply's infrastructure. Available for ENTERPRISE tier clients.

Salesupply SaaS Platform — One Platform, Full Visibility across all e-commerce operations
Roadmap 2026

What's Live & What's Coming

The platform is rolling out in phases during 2026. Here is the current status across all feature areas.

Q1 2026 — Complete ✓ DONE

Unified dashboard. Real-time order tracking. CS ticket management. Returns visibility. Multi-market reporting. API integrations for Shopify and WooCommerce.

Status: Live across all enterprise clients. General availability now open.

Q2 2026 — In Progress ACTIVE

Four capabilities shipping this quarter — each driven directly by requests from enterprise clients already live on the platform:

  • Predictive demand forecasting — AI-powered stock projections per country, reducing stockouts and overstock by modelling seasonal patterns across your markets.
  • AI-assisted CS response engine — Suggests replies to incoming tickets based on your product catalogue, previous resolutions, and language preferences. Agents accept or edit — not replace.
  • Advanced margin analytics per market — See your true cost-per-order per country, including fulfillment, returns, CS, and carrier costs. Instantly identify which markets are pulling margin down.
  • Carrier performance benchmarking — Compare your carrier SLAs against actual delivery times across your markets. Data-backed carrier decisions, not guesswork.
Status: Development started April 2026. Beta testing with enterprise clients currently ongoing — contact us for early access.

Q3–Q4 2026 — Planned

The platform becomes an open, configurable layer — adaptable to your existing stack and scalable to enterprise complexity:

  • White-label platform option — Retailers and marketplace operators can deploy Salesupply's unified operations dashboard under their own brand for their seller network.
  • BigCommerce & SAP integrations — Expanding beyond Shopify and WooCommerce to cover the full enterprise e-commerce stack. SAP Business One and SAP Commerce Cloud natively supported.
  • Circular commerce analytics module — Track product lifecycle from first sale through returns, refurbishment, and re-sale. Understand your true margin on every SKU, not just the first transaction.
  • Automated returns routing engine — Define margin rules per product category, and the platform automatically routes returned items to refurbishment, resale, or recycling — maximising recovery value without manual decisions.
Status: Architecture complete. Development scheduled to commence Q3. Clients on the waiting list for the white-label option.

2027 — Future

The long-term vision: an open platform that any global brand can use as their operational backbone — with or without Salesupply's operational services:

  • Full marketplace seller management — Multi-seller orchestration for retailers managing 50+ brands. One platform managing inventory, fulfillment, support, and returns across your entire seller portfolio.
  • Cross-client benchmarking — Anonymised performance comparison against brands your size in your markets. Know whether your 3.2% return rate is good or great for your product category.
  • API-first enterprise architecture — Full headless access to all platform data via documented REST API. Build your own dashboards, workflows, and automations on top of Salesupply data.
  • Mobile operations app — Real-time floor visibility for warehouse and CS team leads. Shift management, SLA alerts, and team performance — on mobile.
Status: Roadmap approved. 2026 fundraising round accelerates this timeline significantly.
FAQ

Platform Questions

Do I need to replace my current systems to use the platform?
No. Our platform connects to your existing e-commerce system (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) via API or plugin. It sits on top of your current stack and unifies data from CS, fulfillment, and returns into one view. You keep your tools — we add the integration layer.
How long does the platform integration take?
Standard integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) take 1–2 weeks. Custom or proprietary systems typically 3–4 weeks. We handle the integration work — your dev team provides API access and we do the rest.
Can I use the platform without using your CS or fulfillment services?
The platform is designed to work with our operational services — and this is where it delivers the most value, because data from CS, fulfillment, and returns is live and unified. That said, we are building a standalone SaaS option for brands that want the visibility and analytics layer on top of their existing operations. This includes a dedicated Returns Intelligence module, enabling brands to track, route, and optimise returns without switching fulfillment partners. The standalone product is currently in development with a targeted release in H2 2026. Contact us to join the early access waitlist.
What data can I see in the dashboard?
Everything operational: order status across all hubs, CS ticket volume and response times per market, return rates and recovery metrics, inventory levels per location, carrier performance, and cost breakdowns. All real-time, all exportable, all accessible via API.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We host on ISO 27001-certified infrastructure within the EU. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We're GDPR-compliant by design — your customer data stays in the EU and is never shared with third parties. Role-based access control ensures only authorised users see what they need.
