Warehouse Network
Capabilities.

Salesupply works with a network of fulfillment partners across Europe and beyond. Each warehouse runs its own WMS — we provide a unified abstraction so your integration works regardless of the underlying system.

Modules

What our integration covers

Eight integration modules abstract away the complexity of individual warehouse systems.

Module

Orders

Push outbound orders to the warehouse for fulfillment, with full address validation and carrier preference.

Module

Products

Sync product master data — SKU, EAN, dimensions, weight, HS code, commodity classification.

Module

Shipments

Import shipment confirmations and tracking numbers as soon as the warehouse dispatches an order.

Module

Returns

Receive and process return data with condition mapping (sellable → default location, unsellable → quarantine).

Module

Purchase Orders

Push inbound POs to the warehouse and receive confirmation when goods are booked in.

Module

Carriers

Map between Salesupply core carriers and the warehouse's local carrier configuration.

Module

Advanced Stock Items (ASI)

Sync advanced inventory attributes — batch numbers, serial numbers, expiry dates — for regulated and high-value products.

Module

Stock sync (WH → OMS)

Warehouse-initiated stock overwrite to the OMS, configurable per partner and per safety stock policy.

Cadence

Default sync frequencies

Data type Default frequency

Stock sync (WH → OMS)Configurable per partner
Tracking pushTriggered on shipment status change
How it scales

One integration, multi-WMS

Different warehouses run different systems. Some support every module, others a subset. Our integration layer abstracts these differences — you build against the Salesupply API, not against ten different warehouse APIs. Capabilities per partner are confirmed during integration setup.

Want partner-specific details?

Capability matrices for individual warehouse partners are shared during integration onboarding under NDA. Tell us which markets you need and we'll match you to the right partners in our network.
