How it works

Three core data flows

Order flow

Orders are fetched from your sales platform on a configurable interval (default: every 10 minutes), mapped to Salesupply's core order structure, and routed to the appropriate warehouse channel. Duplicate prevention is built in.

Stock sync

When stock changes in our OMS, an immediate webhook trigger pushes updated quantities to your sales channel. Per warehouse location, optionally filtered by product or location.

Tracking push

When a shipment is created and a tracking number is available, it's automatically pushed back to your sales channel — and optionally to your end customer via email.

Carriers

Unified carrier mapping

Salesupply maintains a core carrier catalogue. Carrier names from your sales platform map to our core carriers, then to the warehouse's carrier configuration, then to real-time tracking. One carrier label travels through every system unchanged.
