Run a local fulfillment hub with full ownership of team management, SLA performance, and client satisfaction. You'll use AI-powered forecasting and analytics dashboards to make data-driven operational decisions. No layers of management between you and the outcome.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily operations of a fulfillment hub: team, throughput, quality, SLA performance
• Use AI-powered forecasting and analytics dashboards for operational decisions
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
• Optimize processes based on data: reduce errors, improve speed, lower cost per order
• Scale the hub as client volume grows — hire, train, and develop your team

What You Bring

• 3+ years experience in warehouse or fulfillment management
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and AI-driven decision support tools
• Strong people management skills — you build and motivate teams
• Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
• Fluent in English plus local language of the hub location
