About This Role

Salesupply processes 3M+ customer interactions per year for 250+ brands in 8 countries. That's an enormous amount of data and processes that demand intelligent automation. As AI/Automation Engineer you'll build the intelligent layer on top of our operational platform. You're not working on a proof-of-concept — you're building production AI that directly impacts real customers.

What You'll Do

• Design and build AI-driven solutions for customer service: auto-classification, smart routing, automated responses, sentiment analysis
• Optimize fulfillment processes with predictive models: demand forecasting, anomaly detection, SLA predictions
• Build LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) with RAG architectures for brand-specific knowledge bases
• Set up automation pipelines that replace manual processes — from intake to reporting
• Work with the product team to embed AI features into the SaaS platform

What You Bring

• 3+ years experience with Python and production-grade ML/AI systems
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and RAG patterns
• Knowledge of NLP, classification, and conversational AI
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
• You think in business impact, not technical complexity
• Strong communicator — you can explain what AI can and can't do to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce, logistics or customer service operations
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)
• Experience with multi-language NLP (we operate in 25+ languages)
