FAQ

Magento Integration Questions

Does it work with Magento 1?
No. We support Magento 2.4+ and Adobe Commerce only. Magento 1 reached end-of-life in 2020. If you're on Magento 1, we recommend upgrading to 2.4 LTS or Adobe Commerce. Contact our team for migration guidance.
Is it compatible with Adobe Commerce Cloud?
Yes. Adobe Commerce Cloud (Managed Cloud) fully supported. Extension deploys via standard Magento Cloud processes. API-first architecture means no server modifications required. Enterprise SaaS benefits: auto-scaling, managed backups, PCI compliance.
How does multi-warehouse routing work?
We map Magento inventory sources to our hubs. When an order arrives, our algorithm selects the optimal source based on stock availability, delivery distance, and cost. For split shipments, Magento manages the split logic and we fulfill each portion from the assigned hub.
Can I use this with Magento B2B?
Yes. B2B module fully supported. Requisition lists, negotiated quotes, and purchase orders all sync to our system. We handle customer-specific shipping rules, separate invoicing for B2B accounts, and B2B-specific return processes.
