Nijmegen, 14 April 2026 – Salesupply has expanded its fulfillment network in the United States to 20 locations. The new locations offer e-commerce brands coverage in all densely populated areas of the country: from Los Angeles on the West Coast to Philadelphia and New York in the East, and from Miami to Dallas in the South.
The American fulfillment network includes new locations at key logistics hubs: Nevada, Tennessee, Georgia, California, Illinois, New Jersey, Texas, Arizona, Utah, Florida and Pennsylvania. Salesupply thereby offers broad nationwide coverage for order fulfillment in the US. The 20 American locations are part of Salesupply's global network, which now counts 40 fulfillment centers on three continents.
This network expansion comes at an important moment. Since the abolition of the de minimis exemption, many international brands have been re-establishing their approach to the American market. Under the previous rules, low-value shipments from abroad could enter the US duty-free — which made direct cross-border fulfillment feasible for many brands. That option no longer exists. For many international sellers, holding stock in the US is therefore no longer a growth strategy, but an operational necessity.
"The US has always been an important market for our clients, but the abolition of the de minimis exemption and the fluctuating import duties have fundamentally changed the situation," says Timon van den Berg, Director Fulfillment at Salesupply. "Brands that previously shipped directly from Europe or Asia are now asking how quickly they can get stock into the US. With 20 locations all running on the same processes, systems and service standards, we can answer those requests concretely."
Salesupply clients have access to a dedicated contact person, real-time performance dashboards and a fulfillment control tower that monitors performance across all locations and intervenes where necessary. All 40 locations worldwide run on one order management system and work according to the same standardised workflows.
